Abstract:
For the introduction of the EMF diagnostic equation in this manuscript, EMF diagnostic includes and references elements of the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) from the null to fields into the terahertz range and beyond. Categorically there are 3 areas regarding EMS in the attempt to standardize exposure levels that include recommendations. But in general, the first two are all merely guidelines for practical technical and incidental human risk exposure consideration (why? not being applied to medical science more later in category III, infra.

Category I EMF  Technical – Industrial

The criteria dictate the laws in the varying categories by the laws of science for the technical engineering and design of devices, systems, and subsystems and their application. This includes manufacturing and the numerous, domestic,  American standards coming from electrical, electronic, power, communication, and information technology industries. These are standards that apply mainly to engineering based upon the laws of physics, mechanics, and electronics as [published in the many technical journals of the Institue Electrical and Electronic Engineers. Given the global nature of product sales and exchange the power, electronics, and communications, and information technology industries.

Category  II EMF  Occupational Environments

Business/commercial:  In the commercial/business category, there are immediately the  IEE, FCC, CDC, NIH, and other guidelines for workers’ protection. Commonly associated with appliances,  machines, and other generally low emissions electronic.
Medical/Therapeutic: Interestingly EMF is employed in testing many health disorders.
Industrial/Utilities: The IEEE-related industries also flow and commonly recognize the recommendations of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers publication  IEEE C-95. There in IEEE s  clearly states their guidance is to “prevent harmful effects in human beings exposed to electromagnetic fields ….”.
Then there are the EU and other international recommendations and guidelines regarding exposure levels that have been published for over 50 years.
For corporate and union members,  technically, clinical and medically applying IEEE guidelines for over 40 years recognizing the IEEE for their technical industrial applications that have well served the international community for such works.
Category II  Medical Limits of IEEE C-95

IEEE admits although they are not being a  medical organization their recommendations are not to be applied for any clinical or medical consideration. IEE  says their guidance is to “prevent harmful effects in human beings exposed to electromagnetic fields ….”. by clearly stating in C-95  “They (their recommendation) are not intended to apply to the purposeful exposure of patients by or under the direction of practitioners of the healing arts.” In other words not for and diagnostic purposes by lay or even the medical profession. Such is outlined by electraEM and reviewed in Cat III

Cat III EMF Clinical Medical Research

For the clinical medical diagnostic research, the subClincal Research Group and Spectral Analytical Sciences have conducted over one thousand highly integrated in situ studies for industrial, commercial, business, office, and residential settings in over 20 years based upon the technical and clinical diagnostic indicators, symptomology for the effect of what we refer to as “radiosis”.

What are the most reported symptoms in your EMF-related case studies?

In over a 20 year period  and over 1000 clinically-based patient/client studies, the following were indicated for the diagnosis and pathogenesis including:

Neurological

  1. Anxiety
    Depression
    Irritability
    Headaches
    Dizzyness
    Difficulty concentrating
    Poor short-term memory

Genetics

Mutation during conception
Reproductive Disorders
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Down Syndrome
Mutation during developmental stages
The cancers

Physiological

Chronic fatigue – pain
Nose bleeds
Tinnitus (ringing in the ear)
Frequency nightly urination
Urinary retention (children)
Rapid or irregular heart rate
Elevated blood sugar (diabetics)
Dizziness and/or nausea
Skin problems
Cardiac arrhythmia rapid/irregular
Diabetes blood-sugar elevation
Dermatalogical indicators
Impaired cognitive function

So now what is the basis for any viable  EMF testing standards?

There is NO standard by definition for in situ real-world studies outside the guides set forth above, supra.

Who and how is one to determine EMF exposure risks?

We are the experienced technically and medically integrated experts for this diagnostic practice.  Numerous amateurs and meter readers attended the following referenced without identifying the cause of this patient’s numerous ongoing conditions.

For this recent patient case, we report  4-5-  6 G  and many related co-factors.

What must be done when getting ill from EMF?

First, it is not about the meter and not about readings.

A full diagnostic interview that is medically based when it comes to health must be clearly delineated for the diagnosis. This includes consideration for the following :

Underlying Pathologies – Environmental

Physical trauma to brain or CNS
Toxicological – neuro-bio
Occupational – Office EMF exposure
Industrial LF AC shock – radiant  RF  HF
Biological – MS,  Lyme, bacterial, viral other agents
Immune disorders….. other……

What must be known for a safe and healthy EMF home?

For a new home,  meeting the EMF technical burden for determining a safe place for especially young families with or expecting children as a matter of fully knowing the technical and medical science and recognized laws of science as the minimal basis for practitioners as we determine,   demonstrate, and report. Do not waste time with meter readers and consultants.
